Has this happen to any one

I'm usually regular with my menstrual cycles I've been spotting for the past week but my cycle isn't actually due until the 25th of this month but I've been spotting light pink now it's brown I went to the ER they gave me a pregnancy test it came back negative and they gave me a pap smear and that came back good so I don't know what's going on with me butt my body feels abnormal I have slight cramps in my stomach is a little bloated I Never Bleed between periods or spot and when I come on my menstrual is usually regular and not light pink or Brown has anyone had this happen to them and found out they were pregnant on Down the Line I've been trying to conceive for almost 2 years after my last miscarriage and have been having pregnancy symptoms but I don't know if it's just in my head my nipples are sore I'm very fatigued I'm cramping like I'm having a mild period and lite spotting what should I do
