Does anyone else feel like they believe in God and science?? Not really religious but still a beliver.

Who says you can't believe in God and science??  
 Maybe they exaggerated the bible and the 6 days creation, and it might have been a 6 billion year creation??

I'm a dedicated Christian, but I believe God created science. Like, maybe when He created Earth, there was a big bang, things like that.

I believe in both. I believe that science proves God, and I love that. Everything works the way it does because God designed it that way - with a plan and a purpose. My mind can't fathom the amount of creativity God has. It's astounding and awesome!

I've a PhD in biological engineering and I am on my church advisory board, so yea I do think you can understand science and believe in a religion. 
As for the creation story, most theologians I've spoken with, including the Episcopal Presiding Bishop of North America, who is a PhD in Oceanigraphy, take it as allegorical. It's actually relatively recent that people try to take the creation story as factual.

Well when you think about the "seven days" thing you have to consider that seven days on earth is not the same thing as seven days in space. We base time off of the earths rotation around the sun, God wouldn't base it off of that.

I believe in a lot of science. But I believe in God first, all things in science happened because God created it that way.  In my opinion it wasn't that creation was exaggerated it's that God is bound by no limits of time and they likely used day as a unit because we could understand it better. To God a day could be 1 million years...

Untill you can prove a god exists, the hypothetical is just as good as me saying "you can believe in cosmic candyfloss pixie builders, whom of course built the universe as well as the natural laws which surrounds us"
