Headache relieve tips?

Question

My head has been hurting non stop for 2 days anyone know of any home remedies for it to stop. I have pain relief medicine that's safe to take when pregnant but I rather not take anything besides my prenatal vitamins. I'm looking for home remedies, thank you! :)

Make sure you are very hydrated, drink plenty of water.
Also I do steam bowls. Boil some water, pour it in a bowl and put a towel over your head, you can add a drop of essential oil like lavender or eucalyptus as well, make sure essential oil is baby safe. Works for me usually, hope that helps if you are able to try it!

Put your feet in the hottest water you can stand and a cold pack on the base of your head. There is also a pressure point in the web of your thumb that helps. If headaches are a consistent problem I encourage getting massages with someone who knows therapeutic massage.
