Spina Bifida!

I am new to this and it is my first baby, I am currently 17 weeks last week I did a blood test and a couple of days ago my doctor called me and gave me the saddest news ever, that my baby boy might have spina bifida, I am going crazy here, going on google and it makes me more crazy and having panick attacks.  But he said I have to come back next week to go do an X-ray so they can see if it's ok! Please someone help me! Idk what to do, I am praying, can it be a false alarm, cuz I know sometimes things could change..
