The hashtag #beenrapedneverreported has been trending in Twitter for a few hours now - and it makes for very heartbreaking reading. Many women are coming forth and sharing their stories of rape - and why they chose to not say anything about it. By some estimates, almost 80% of rapes in our society go unreported.

What can we do to change this? How can we stop women from being victimized twice? First by the rape - and then by its aftermath?
