Geographic tongue?

I have really bad anxiety and I'm a really bad hyprochondriac. So I automatically think I'm dying or have every disease wrong with me.

So I have a spot on my tongue and in this spot I have no taste buds. It's a smooth spot. But it's a circle and I've never seen anything like this, I mean it was on my other side before n went away now it's on this side.. Doesn't hurt at all. Just bothers me because I think I have everything wrong with me. 
Like it's so bad that me having diarrhea made me think I had something wrong with me. I google A LOT! So anything I read on google I think I have it. Idk how to help my anxiety n hyprochondria but it's so bad.. But back to my problem. Does it sound like a geographic tongue?? I'm praying it's nothing. I really am..

Have you seen a therapist or doctor for your hypochondria and anxiety? Perhaps they can prescribe you something or assist you.

Geographic tongue from what I looked up, even if you have it, is harmless. But I think you should look into seeing someone.

The stress you are putting yourself through is making it worse. TRUST your body. If there is something wrong your BODY will tell you, not your mind. Right now your body is telling you it is not experiencing pain - so no worries

Can you post a photo of it? I've studied tongue diagnosis. I wouldn't worry to much though - most tongue issues are associated with vitamin deficiencies, not diseases

I just wanna know if that's what it could be.. N no bc it was NEVER this bad till I got pregnant..
