Biggest issue with PCOS

As we all new a biggest issue with pcos is hair thinning. Every day its like struggle. Recently when i was looking online to find a solution i fimd lot of people are talking about using this Just Natural oil and shampoos product which seems to help them a lot. I m attaching the picture?? Did anyone used this product and have any experience, please share that with me before i order this as it is very expensive to. Please help or if you have any other products or any remedies to help me with my hair thinning. Thanks
