Body attacking husbands sperm

So my RE told me that my body has a high level of anti sperm antibodies and that was a big reason for not getting pregnant. Well I went through my first round of IVF and it unexpectedly failed so I was wondering if anyone heard of still getting pregnant with a condition like this without IVF? I can't afford another round right now and I wasn't sure if some knew someone who still managed to get pregnant with maybe acupuncture or some type of holistic approach? I know it's a long shot but I thought I could ask
