Low lying placenta?

Question

Had my ultrasound last week and the tech said I had a low lying placenta. My midwife explained to me that it should move on its own and that if it didn't we would deal with it when we get there. Of course I goggled it as soon as I stepped out of the office and now I'm terrified. Anyone had anything like this???

I had this with my last pregnancy. My placenta was partially cover my cervix it didn't end up moving so had a c section. I had no bleeding or anything like that with the placenta being in the way. It was very stressful pregnancy as I had bleeding early on due to a blood clot. But everything was fine and baby was fine to. A lot of placentas do move on there own so I wouldn't stress to with you being to early on xxx
