PLEASE HELP

Lately I've been having dreams about my boyfriend, and they're horrible, they're all about him bing a total asshole or just not caring for our relationship anymore and it seriously hurts/frustrates me even though I know he's never like that in real life. I recently told him about my past sex life that I was feeling so guilty over, even though I was told I didn't have to tell him anything and everything that I've done, I felt SO GUILTY for not letting him know, I thought that the dreams would go away after I told him but they didn't, does anyone know what this means?
