Why is this happening😖

Guys I'm really worried, I've been pregnant before but unfortunately lost the baby in the early weeks, me and my partner have intercourse quiet regularly (not to try and convince) and we've only just recently stopped usin protection (God only knows why😬), but I'm getting all the symptoms I had when I was pregnant before like, sore breasts, darkening around the nipples, sickness, dizziness, tired 24/7, headaches, bloating, pain in one side of my stomach, CM etc.. But I've taken 2 test and they're both negative, maybe I've taken the test to early and that's why it's saying negative?, I've got a doctors appointment but I'm so worried, any advice or comments would be helpful, I'm so stressed at the moment I can't figure out my left and rights I'm so worried🙄
