Help!!!

Okay so I don't know what is going on. For the past 3-4 days my vag has been itching, it's kind of red like its irritated( haven't been scratching). And it burns when I put soap on it. I do have a clumpy discharge, could I have a yeast infection? And I'm getting monistat tomorrow morning. Can't go to the doctors for personal reasons. Would monistat help? Please reply fast, I need advise ASAP
