Mouths and hands

My boyfriend and I have been going out for a year, and the furthest we've gone is him fingering me. I've palmed him a couple of times, but I feel like I'm not doing enough for him. I love him but I'm just nervous about things like that. I'm 17 and he's my first real boyfriend. I want to do something for him in return for what he does for me, but I don't know how to do it. Like when is a good time? When we're making out? Watching a movie??  If anyone has any advice please give me it. Or tell me your stories if you want
