If you are a heavy smoker should you be ttc?

Let me start by saying I have nothing against smokers.....

I am visiting family for a few days and my cousin who I am staying with is TTC but she smokes 3-4 packs a day, and anytime me and my daughter get in the car with her she chain smokes cigarettes and I've asked her not to smoke while my daughter is in the car, but she just says it my car, I'll do what I want. We've stopped going anywhere with her because she doesn't have the common sense not to smoke while a child is in the car. I think it's really irresponsible to ttc when you smoke as much as she does. Especially when you don't have sense enough not to do it in a small confined space where a child is sitting.
