Heartbeat doppler -not so quick review- pic included

Ordered this item form amazon. It was about 45 bucks plus shipping. .total 50 bucks..I think...

It's called MUSIC, by WombMusic. Comes with two sets of headphones that can be connected at the same time, so your SO can be there and not have to share headphones. Instructions- though u won't need them as is pretty much plug and play, are included. So is the battery that you will need to take out of its plastic and attach it. It also comes with two extra things that I belived to be pretty cool- free baby songs to play for your baby, and a USB to attachment so u can record the heartbeat and share it anywhere u want.

I was 10 weeks when I got it. Tried it right away. .it's very simple, nothing digital and it doesn't tell you how many beats per minute. I wasn't looking for anything fancy. Just something that will give me some piece of mind in between sonograms...especially since I heard many women say that after the initial 2-4 sonograms, u won't get many, if any until later before your delivery (unless of course it is needed)..I know..I can go have it privately, but oh well. .

So I got this. .at 10 weeks..heard nothing after spending 35 minutes listening carefully..on my pelvic bone, above it, below it, up, down and everywhere. .. gave up until 11 weeks, tried again...still nothing. .my SO called me crazy and obsessive... it's been 3 WEEKS since my last ultrasound dammit!! All I wanna hear is the fast heartbeat, then and only then I'll be able to relax and wait another one and a half week till my 12.5 week appointment..

Well, today, after a good sex session(ya, I'm a sex addict..sorry tmi...can't live without sex at least twice a week..), I decided that by now, with all the movement and excitement, I should be able to get something. .sure enough, put gel on my tummy, placed it down and within 10 seconds I was able to hear something that was WAY too fast to be my own heartbeat and that I can only describe as a "train is coming" sort of beat..really fast!

Went hear around. .nothing. .went back to the same spot, boom there it is again..so to make sure, I checked my own beat. ..sooo different...mine was so slow compared to the other one. .mine was more profound, deep, clear. ..the other one is fast, almost chipper sounding. .like it's saying :"mommy mommy, hear this? !! It's me! !! I'm doing this! !"

Needles to say for 50 bucks, it gets a solid 10 stars from me. There's nothing else in this word that could ever had made me happier, and able to FINALLY relax..knowing that I can reach for this thing whenever I'm feeling stressed over not having any more symptoms...
