I attempted suicide by overdosing on January 28. It landed me in the ICU and hospital for 13 days with a breathing tube, catheter, electrodes, and multiple CT scans after having 6 seizures.

I am 17 and was raped last year which resulted in a misscarrrige. I just couldn't take it anymore. I have a consular now and am on antidepressants. I attempted because of the cop and because my school forced me to take a class with my rapist.

The cop is the one who told me I was seeking attention for reporting the rape to him and trying to start a relationship with him because I was "crying too much" while reporting...

Yesterday marked my last day of highschool... I will never have to spend a day by my rapist again. From being attacked my law enforcement for reporting to being forced to take classes with him to trying to kill myself a month ago to him sitting by me any moment he got, I will never have to be by him until walking down the aisle on graduation day. I am now taking the rest of my classes at a local college instead of going to school. It will be 8 until 12 and won't even be everyday. I can still go to school to talk to the guidence consular (I feel very comfortable with her). I'm not going to miss getting flashbacks from seeing the cop and my rapist. I'm not going to see them and go in the batgroom and cut anymore or feel like immediately killing myself from what they did to me. I cannot wait to get away from all of the maturity in high school and the triggerous people. I am now a free butterfly. It is finally my time to shine and not be dragged down by him anymore and I couldn't have more hope for healing in my heart.. It's quite shock yet since I just found out yesterday, but I think it is the right decision.
