STD or troll

So Mt ex's new ex girlfriend told me he had an STD. Won't tell me what it is because she " doesn't want to get involved". But she said i should ask him. Now this is where it gets weird. She said he told her last night. And that she has it abs has had it for months. And they had unprotected sex anyways. Should i believe her, our should i write it off as her trolling me
