How to get early induction..?

So I'm 30+2 today with my second child and I've been trying to figure out how to get my doctor to schedule an induction at 38 or 39 weeks. My fiancé is an over the road truck driver and cannot afford to take off work for more than a week to wait on Paisley to decided she's ready to come in to the world. We want to have an induction so that he can be here the day the baby is born and be able to spend the rest of the week with us and help. I asked last week and she said Paisley and I are perfectly healthy so there's no reason to induce me any earlier than my exact due date. What do I do to get the induction date earlier??
