Fever in pregnancy

This morning I woke up with the worst sore throat, no temp at the time. It's important that you know I have Hashimotos disease which causes my normal Tempurature to be between 96.6-97.2. Now, my body is so sore and my Tempurature is 99.8. I saw that my doctor recommends going to the doctor at 100.5. Assuming these people have a 98.6 temp then that is 1.9 degrees over normal and mine is 3.2 degrees higher than normal. My OB is closed and primary and urgent cares so I would have to go to the ER and I don't want to go if I'm being crazy? Help!?
