Fainted at work

Got my AF this week. Went to work today only to feel ill. I vomited, began sweating and fainted. I came to with coworkers around me and paramedics on the way. I'm fine, dehydrated but okay. I'm just do annoyed. I had drank a litre of water already that morning and I haven't had a period faint in years!!!! :(
