I drink only water and green tea with every meal unless I'm eating cereal and my skin has actually been looking better recently! I feel better as well. Water is good. 😊

Please don't take this wrong, but if your body rejected water, you would be dead because the body is made up of 75% water.  It's an acquired taste. You have to force yourself to drink it at first. Try drinking filtered, ice cold water. Maybe with a little fresh squeezed lemon for taste. Your skin will clear up, you won't be as tired, you'll have more energy, and it helps with weight loss.
