Help hormones!!!

I went to the doctor today last week we didn't see a heartbeat today we did by the grace of God now my doctor is telling me that my hormones aren't doubling they are just going up and is there anything that I can do to make them go up? I really do not want to lose my baby this is my first pregnancy and everything he is saying scared me I am 7 weeks and 3 days someone please help me & tell me there is a chance of my hormones going up 😢😢 & prayers lots of prayers please & thank you any information and prayers are greatly appreciated 😇
