In love with two people

So I've been dating my boyfriend for 7 years. Recently we have called it off about a month ago because I have fallen for someone else in a short amount of time. I met a guy at my job. He is 45 and I am 25. He is really good to me. Recently I have found myself constantly thinking about him and being with him. I met him two years ago but was very stand offish. When I first met him. God told me that was going to be the guy that I married. Weird I know. I still can't believe and people think I am crazy. So in January I gave in and started hanging out with him. I fell in love with him. He loves everything that I do. But I feel myself having guards up because I still live with my ex. Because of school. It's also scary jumping into something you know nothing about after 7 years. I keep trying to break it off but he just keeps coming back. On the other hand my ex. I'm not sure I'm truly in love with him or the thought because he is younger and white. I've always dreamed of marrying him and he even bought us a house. I'm so confused and I don't want to let any of them down. Some advice please !???
