I just had my baby, I breast feed and my boobs get really hard so it's hard for him to eat

Engorment is totally normal! If your baby can't latch on due to swelling you can express milk, by hand or via pump, for a few minutes. This will soften the nipple/areola and allow a latch. You can also use reverse pressure softening. 
Remember not to pump more then a few minutes, one or two, so you don't get worse
