Maybe You need to take nasuea medicine before you take your Iron pills to be more tolerable so ask your dr. If that is a good Idea.. I hope it works out for you also try taking it with milk..

My iron is real low my doc prescribed double dose of iron pills however everytime I take them I throw up

I'm not pregnant but I took those once and I threw up.. I knew I shouldn't have. Supplements always make me sick. You really should take them with food though.
