Traveling

Anyone travel outside the US recently being pregnant? My fiance'and I are thinking to do a quick getaway to Cabo or Riviera Maya before I can't travel any more. My Doctor said the baby would be fine however Mexico and the Carribean in general is where Zika outbreaks were happening. Although we called the resorts and they said those issues are really in the jungle not on the coast where the resort is, should I be nervous?  Any suggestions or feedback?
