Pot belly...

So I had a baby a year ago and I've kept some of the baby weight. I also drink beer about 3 or 4 times weekly. I'm trying so hard to slow down.

I have a huge belly. Not fat, just like bloated. Like my muscles never went back to normal. I know the alcohol doesn't help. :/

Any advice? I'm tired of still looking 6 months pregnant.
