Do you tell your SO about your bowel movements?

Or let him see you doing them or letting him see/smell them, or telling him about them, etc.. My fiancé and I have been together 4 years and he says it's normal if I tell him I pooped, but it feels really weird for me 😥 It's embarrassing!

I've always been comfortable talking about my bowel movements with family and friends. Whenever my SO and I are in bed and I have to poop I just say "keep an eye on the baby, I have to go shit" lol it just comes out so naturally, and he'll tell me whenever he has "the best shit of his life" which is pretty much every time lol. I guess we're just super comfortable with each other

Married for 5 years now and expecting our first baby in a couple weeks, we do not ever talk about our bathroom habits or ever leave the bathroom door open when one of us is using it.

The other day I peed in the bath tub while my husband was pooping cuz I'm pregnant and couldn't hold it and we only have one bathroom. 😂

We have no problem talking about it  however I prefer to be alone when I use the toilet for any purpose and so does he.

Nah. He likes to overshare sometimes cause he has some health issues but other than that I think bathroom time is private time. The door stays closed.

Hubs and I are super open about it but we've been together for 9 years. In the very beginning I couldn't poop at his house and didn't talk about it...he noticed and started teasing me about it. Since I'd spend the weekend at his house it would be literally days between bms. So the first time I went #2 at his house I shouted to him from the bathroom "I'm making history in here!"😂

I'm not sure if everyone talks about it but my husband and I definitely do. My husband had severe food allergies and sensitivities so we kind of have to. Plus it's way easier to talk about than to try to hide it and be embarrassed.
