Crossfit while TTC
Hey everyone, I've been doing Crossfit for a year. I lift pretty heavily and am very competitive. I am at the gym anywhere from 3-5 times a week (more 5). We started TTC a few months ago.
I was wondering if anyone thinks lifting a little bit lighter may be better for my body as far as physical "stress"? I spoke to my Ob and she asked if I was lifting more than my body weight, which I am, she said it shouldn't be an issue, just wondering what you all thought too! Everything else is "normal" as far as AF etc...
