First Diva Cup experience this weekend.
I just had my first Diva Cup experience! I was having a really hard time inserting it and finally had success before bed. The next morning I was unable to pull it out. I took a yoga class and went to work, but still had no luck. learned that your cervix moves and gets higher during menstruation cycle. Not sure if I inserted it improperly but it definitely moved overnight. I was in a high panic and it was in there for 36 hours. I would get my index finger up there and could feel it but couldn't grasp it. There was definitely no way that my thumb was also getting up there. I finally had to get my husband to assist me. Even he had trouble getting two fingers to grip. Not sure what the problem was or what I did wrong! I want to try it again next month, but I don't want to run into the same problem. Maybe I just won't wear it at night? The box/video makes it seem super easy but it is definitely farther up than I thought.
