Help with the pain!

I have some really bad pain around my butt area. Sometimes it's small shocking-cramping kind of pain that doesn't hurt so much and then there are days when it's just really painful. Sometimes it hurts around the tailbone area, right at the face of my butt, on the top or lower part of my butt, or on the very sides of my butt. If you've felt or get this pain PLEASE tell me some tips/tricks you do to help ease the pain and make 'em go away. Thanks so much in advance ladies❤️
