Mentally Ill Sperm Donor - Lawsuit

Xytex Corp is facing millions in lawsuits in CA after failing to disclose to clients that their sperm donor was mentally ill (diagnosed with schizophrenia and narcissistic personality disorder) and a convicted felon. No background check was ever completed on the donor, who is the biological father of more than 30 children and one of the company's most popular donors.

The plaintiffs are filing the suit under wrongful birth, stating that they were misled about the situation surrounding the donor. Plaintiffs were able to view a donor profile online before making their selection.
