Is it considered SH
Is digging your nails into your skin so hard it leaves swollen bumps for a day considered self harm? I do this sometimes on my hand but I've started doing it to my legs.

Yes, it does hurt, this sounds odd, but it doesn't hurt enough. I do it because the pain feels good and I don't know what else to do with my emotions.
