Dog help

Hello, so my dogs nail came off completely from the root. Has this happend to you before? She was bleeding a bit but now she's not anymore. She was limping but she's completely fine now and she's trying to walk I put a gauze and a little bandage around her. She can walk and tries to run. The vet told me to take her in tomorrow if she was limping. What do you guys think? She seems fine to me and she's just relaxing. I don't even think she has to go to the vet. How long does it take back to grow?
