9 month old stays up till 7am
I don't know what to do!! He'll go to sleep at 10 then wake up at 1 then won't go back to sleep! My SO just got a better job that is 3rd shift (11 to 7) so maybe that's why my baby's hours are messed up? Before he started the job are baby's hours were; got up at 8am, took a nap at 12 and then bed at 9 or 9:30. Any tips would be nice!
