Protein Powder!

Hey fitness people! I am trying to get fit and build some nice lean muscle. I am working out 5 X a week and eating clean. I'd like to incorporate protein powder for my breakfast smoothies and wondering if I should also have one post workout? I'd like to know what the best protein for my needs is... I'd like to slim down and build muscle, I want to stay away from a high calorie product and I want something very healthy that doesn't have a bunch of filler ingredients. I've been researching different brands but there are so many options and it's a little overwhelming. If I could get some advise on what to use, why and where to get it, I'd really appreciate it!
