Possibility of Polyhydramnios at 33 weeks
So I just got back from my OB appointment I saw a different midwife then usual as I am now in the stage where I meet all the midwives before birth. My original midwife at every appointment has told me I am measuring perfectly etc. Today I was told I am measuring larger and need to be scheduled for an ultra sound due to the possibility of having to much amniotic fluid. She sounded not at all concerned said most likely it would just cause me to be induced due to the fact they would need to be able to monitor the entire labor process... So I felt OK with that and then I did something stupid.. I googled. 😳 Now I'm kinda freaking out. Glucose came back perfect a few weeks ago, we have only ever had 1 ultrasound where they told us everything looked good. We did not test for Down syndrome based off of ultra sound scans and the fact that it would change nothing to us.
I have had shortness of breath heartburn and slight swelling. All 3 of my previous children came 2 weeks early (except for my oldest son who was born several months early and is now taller then me and very healthy lol)
So I guess I am wondering if anyone else has had or is having this issue and what your outcome has been or is looking like it will be. 😕 Thanks
