Help. Possible cyst?

I've been expericing pain only on the left lower side of my stomach. It started happening three nights ago, a sharp shooting pain that goes on and off. At first I thought it could be a possible UTI even though I drink lots of water. Today, I'm starting having them again, while I was gently pressing on the side that hurts I noticed something round (possibly a lump/cyst?) I had a check up from the OB last week and my little one often kicks on the side so I'm not sure if it's a little foot or a lump. Do you think I should go in and double check or am I being dramatic?
