Should I take plan b?

Ok so I might be a little overly paranoid, but my boyfriend and I were fooling around 2 days ago (the last day of my fertile window) and we tried to have sex but he couldn't get it in (we're both virgins) he was wearing a condom but once we gave up trying he took it off and we made out naked and stuff like that. Obviously there was no actual cum involved but I'm scared that precum could've possibly gotten in my vagina either from my hand or his, or even from his penis even though it was never actually inside my vagina? I touched his dick a lot and touched my vagina afterwards when we were trying to get it in. Am I just being paranoid? 😅 I really don't want to have to take plan B but I'm not on birth control
