So as you may know, everything gets squished up there during pregnancy like your stomach, intestines, etc. I'd bet that your diaphragm could have been cramped. I get Charlie horse like cramps up there sometimes which makes it hard to breathe but I find just staying calm, deep breathing through the sharp pain helps it go away. Here's a good pic to show u how your organs get squished and your body is meant to do this!!

First two things that come to mind are gall bladder or constocondritis. Either way I would call your doc, don't ignore pain on that level..

IVE BEEN HAVING BAD PAIN THERE FOR SOME TIMES FIGURED ITS THE BABY OR MY ORGANS PULLED UP DUE TO GROWTH OF THE BABY BUT I JUST REALLY PULLED SOMETHING N IM N LIKE PAIN OF A 10 .. Is that Normal ?

I had that my whole pregnancy. It is like a burning sensation but your skin almost feels numb. It's skin and muscle stretching away from the ribs and nerve related. My OB said it appears in about 15% of pregnancies and typically favors one side. Regular strength Tylenol helped but not much. Sorry you're dealing with this too!

When it happens does it feel like you can't breathe cause it hurts so bad and is it a sharp throbbing pain? I kept getting that when I was about 6 weeks and I don't know what was wrong but I know that the gullbladder is in that area.
