Period meds-pls help I'm dying

So my periods are absolute hell and BC pills used to help but now they just make it worse and make my acne worse. Every time my period comes I have horrible cramps, diarrhea all week long, my vagina actually hurts, and I get headaches. Does anyone know of good medicines to take to help with this?
