Help ? Should I go to the hospital

I am a 15 year old. I have had horrible sharp chest pains for a few years now but they only last for a minute or so. I can have 0 or up to around 6 per day. They happen at random times. 2 weeks ago I was sick with a stuffy nose , achy body and sore throat. Now I am sick again. Now it's a fever, horrible achy body (worse than what it felt like 2 weeks ago) , I have horrible sharp pains randomly on my body (even my toes and fingers hurt) , I have horrible frequent chest pains, then today I started having stomach pains like sharp stomach pains. But I don't have to use the bathroom and an increase of passing gas. My fever was 102.1 last night but went down today. But I still have the other symptoms . Should I go to the hospital?
