Tingles in nipple?

So I am just sitting here and all of a sudden I've got tingles in my left nipple never had this before any ideas

I get this every now and then but my nipples are pierced so i always just assume ive hit something 😂

So weird I get that too only lasts a few minutes every now and then but its a sharp twinge type pain for a couple senconds then eases off. No idea.. But im sure somebody will reply to us..
