Light spotting over multiple days?!?!

So on Friday (three days ago) I had light spotting in the morning when I woke up (I wiped after the bathroom). I went to the doctor who said everything looked fine and even got to hear my baby's heart (123bpm) at 6w6d. Little discomfort, but nothing bad, and the spotting ended until later at night when it happened again when I wiped. The weekend was fine, no spotting, minor cramping here and here. Until this morning, when I went to the bathroom and there was more spotting, mixture of pink and brown, and one small clot. No cramping though. Should I be worried? Is this normal?? I'm a FTM and I'm literally freaking out as I have PCOS and I know my chances of miscarriage are much higher.. 😭
