Swollen Mouth?!

Hey ladies! I'm not sure if anyone else has gone through this but I must have had a crazy hormone surge and my gums on the right side of my mouth have swollen up and so has the roof of my mouth! Did anyone else get extremely swollen gums? If so how did you make it pass? I've tried salt water, floss all of that but nothing seems to have worked 😪  I've had it for about five days now and it's very painful 😪 thankyou in advance x
