PLEASE HELP

My 7 week old is not sleeping. He went from 10:30am-4:30pm without sleeping at all. There was nothing I could do (rock, swaddle, white noise, etc) that would stop him from being fussy and go to sleep. I know he is restless from not sleeping all day but he once again is acting the same way. He isn't hungry and I've changed him. He is still crying and but still acting like he is super tired. Please help.
