No AF since miscarriage, almost 8 weeks ago

3-21 I found out my baby's heart had stopped. I spotted a little for a week, and then suddenly hemorrhaged and was in the hospital for a while. I passed the baby and sac but still had matter in my uterus. I had a d&c April 8th and only spotted a little for a day, and that's it. About 2 weeks ago, I had a little bit of pink spotting but still no AF. All of my HcG tests have been negative until an EXTREMELY faint test yesterday and today.

My question is, has anyone had a similar experience and went on to get their BFP a few days later?
