To call the doctor or to not ? Sorry kinda long

I always feel bad for calling the doctor, which I know I shouldn't but this whole pregnancy I've been on edge due to previous experience. I'm alright now with it because I'm sure my baby will be okay if I give birth but of course I'd like to go a little longer.

I'm 33 weeks & 3 days & usually I'm pretty much constipated/don't go every day. But today I've gone 3 times and each time it has got a little softer (not diarrhea though)

This morning I had what I think we're contractions ? No tightening like with the BH but cramping low and around into my back. Pressure which is pretty much relieved when I use the bathroom. I'm nauseous & just have this overall sick feeling in my stomach. Still having minor cramping.

I guess I'm just curious if any of you have/are experiencing this ? Should I expect labor to be close or what ?
