Bad acne last week and today it's completely cleared up?

So before I got pregnant I had pretty perfect skin with the occasional zit. At around 5 weeks I started getting super bad zits everywhere! Now I'm 6 weeks and 4 days and it's completely gone. I'm just nervous because I don't want this to mean I'm having a miscarriage because my levels are getting low. Has anyone else experienced this and been fine?
