Bone disorder: Tarsal Coalition??

Is there anyone on here suffering from tarsal coalition? I was born with it. I only have nine toes and I'm missing bones and joints in both my feet. I have no cartilage in either of my ankles and I have had two surgeries on my left foot. It's really hard for me to work because I cannot stand for a long period of time. As a child I went to Shriners Hospital. I now only have one appointment left with them as I am turning 20 in December. (They don't see anyone over the age of 21)   Does anyone else suffer from this bone disorder or something similar? How do you find work? Could I qualify for disability?
